The data will be handled exclusively by agents (employees and/or consultants) expressly delegated by the data controller as specified herein.

The data provided will be used for your on-line accreditation for the event denominated “Ecopolis”. Prior to your providing informed consent for data handling, it may also be used to send you information and/or promotional materials related to this event, including materials from third parties. The data marked with an asterisk (*) is mandatory for your accreditation to this event. Therefore if you do not give it to us, we will not able to provide you with the accreditation requested.

Your registration will not however be affected if you do not provide the remaining data.

We may communicate this data to external subjects, such as sponsors and/or exhibitors and/or external consultants who are carrying out activities connected to setting up and organizing the event denominated “Ecopolis” or to third parties, not identifiable in advance, when it becomes necessary for carrying out correctly the objectives indicated in the preceding paragraph. The data will not be distributed or transferred out of Italy.
